1. Wet the buffer under warm water to activate the built-in body wash.

2. Squeeze gently to release lather — the formula is time-released, so it foams gradually.

3. Massage in circular motions all over the body:

• Use the softer side for cleansing.

• Use the textured side for light exfoliation.

4. Rinse your skin and allow the buffer to dry out between uses (best to keep it on a soap dish or hanging).
